The Role

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect and navigator of our paid user acquisition strategy. You'll wield the power of data and creativity to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across leading ad networks – Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, and other leading ad networks. Your ultimate goal? Fuel explosive app downloads while driving down CAC and maximizing ROAS**.**

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Craft and implement performance-driven acquisition campaigns across key ad platforms.

    • Develop targeted audience segments and messaging strategies for optimal user acquisition.

    • Negotiate with ad networks and partners to secure the best possible deals and placements.

    • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring cross-platform synergy and alignment

    • Pave a way to define an optimal media mix for the brand

  • Data Analytics & Optimization:

    • Deeply analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and extract actionable insights

    • Continuously optimize campaigns for improved efficiency and ROAS

    • A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to drive conversion rates

    • Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize budgets

  • Budget Management & Reporting:

    • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI

    • Develop and implement cost-containment strategies to minimize CAC

    • Craft compelling reports and presentations to inform stakeholders and decision-making

  • Partnerships & Innovation:

    • Build and cultivate relationships with key ad networks and industry partners

    • Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

    • Identify and implement innovative acquisition strategies to stay ahead of the curve

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably (not mandatory) from the gaming or fantasy app user acquisition background

  • Proven track record of success in acquiring users through paid advertising channels

  • Deep understanding of marketing data analytics, campaign optimization, and reporting

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad networks

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools

  • Passion for cricket and the Indian fantasy sports market is a plus

  • Proficient with measurement tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Play Store console, firebase, and similar tools

  • Understanding of the impact of new changes to user privacy like Google Privacy Sandbox and Apple SKAd

  • Experience in working with ad partners and agency partners

  • Well-versed with best practices in digital marketing initiatives like SEO/ASO, SEM & Display ads
