As the Marketing Lead, you will play the central role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead 11Wizards' marketing efforts and be at the forefront of our expansion.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our company goals and objectives
Drive brand positioning and awareness through compelling messaging, creative campaigns, and targeted initiatives
Use data-driven insights and market research to identify customer segments, trends, and growth opportunities
Help set 11Wizards marketing budget and be responsible for its deployment
Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, content, influencers, partnerships, and user acquisition campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and design
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement and ROI optimisation
Grow, lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team

Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven track record of successful marketing leadership in India, preferably as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role
Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that have resulted in significant user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in the Indian market
Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, user acquisition and retention strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimise marketing strategies
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and communicate with Indian fantasy cricket enthusiasts
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals
Exceptional self-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment with a cross-functional team in different time zones
Understanding of and interest in the Indian fantasy cricket landscape, user behaviour, and market dynamics is desirable, but not essential
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, is desirable, but not essential
