The Role

As a content marketing manager, you will lead the content strategy for the brand “11Wizards” across owned and third-party channels. You will be responsible for growing the brand reach and engagement.

  • Lead the development and execution of dynamic content creation strategies for social media platforms, website, app stores, and creative ads

  • Craft compelling content based on a deep understanding of target audience personas, utilising data-driven insights to generate incremental reach

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, multimedia producers, and agency partners

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day social media and SEO/ASO operations with the agency partners

  • Devise and implement social media marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost traffic

  • Take charge of content calendars and schedules to ensure punctual delivery with consistent and impactful messaging

  • Keep an eye on the Indian fantasy scene & the apps in related categories and digital media channels to draw insights from industry trends, competitors, and relevant conversations

  • Foster community engagement by promptly responding to comments and messages on social media platforms

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of social media performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimise outcomes

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital & social media marketing, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a strong brand presence

  • Adept at creating nurturing and growing communities with video, audio, and text content

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a background in content development

  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Digital Media content writer or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – especially in English and Hindi.

  • Passion for cricket and other sports would be a plus.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute engaging content.

  • Well-versed with Social media management, listening, and reporting tools

  • Experience is collaborating with designers

  • Experience in designing and implementing influencer outreach programs

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
